Palazzo Bufalini is situated in Piazza Matteotti but the mani faҫede is in Piazza Andrea Costa.

It was  built by Giuliio Bufalini and Francesca Turina and is likely thawt the architect was Jacopo Barozzi, called “Il Vignola” (1597-1573). As the Façade had not been finished Tommaso Catrani concluded the work in 1767.

In 1873 the palace became the home for the “Circolo degli Illuminati” and many important cultural events were held there. In recent years the Quadriatero has been restored for the same purpose.
